Haynes had performed earlier in the day with Railroad Earth at a World Cafe Live taping in Philadelphia before emerging mid-second set in Camden. Trumpeter Matt Cappy also sat-in with DMB while Haynes was on stage, performing Neil Young’s “Down By The River” for the first time as full band since May 2007. Haynes had also joined DMB for a Neil Young cover back on June 10 in Holmdel, New Jersey playing "Cortez The Killer."

At the previous show on tour on June 13 at Xfinity Center in Mansfield, Massachusetts Dave & Co. played a portion of the song “Smooth Rider” to begin the encore and last night in Camden, supported by Haynes and Cappy, DMB played the song in full. The guests then left the band alone to close out the set with “Be Yourself,” “Jimi Thing” (which included Cappy) and “Granny” prior to the “You Might Die Trying” encore.
