Video | U2 Busts Out Gloria In Chicago

Early into U2’s iNNOCENCE + eXPERIENCE Tour stop at Chicago’s United Center last night, frontman Bono stepped to the microphone and said, “We're a band from the Northside of Dublin called U2, this is the first time we've played this song in about 20 years," before the opening notes of their track “Gloria” filled the arena.




Bono was off by about a decade, as the band reportedly last played the track from their 1981 album October on December 14, 2005 while on their Vertigo Tour. Regardless, it was mighty bust-out in the Windy City which you can watch below captured by YouTube user PAPER DOLLING FILMS ... Just live music:
