Stream This | New La Luz Album – Weirdo Shrine

Seattle-based surf-doo-wop group La Luz had made their sophomore album, Weirdo Shrine, available for streaming in advance of its official release.The follow-up to their 2013 debut record It’s Alive will be officially issued by Hardly Art on August 7.

Ty Segall produced and engineered Weirdo Shrine, which was recorded live with guitarist Shana Cleveland, drummer Marian Li Pino, keyboardist Alice Sandahl and relative newcomer, bassist Lena Simon tracking in the same room, primarily at a surf shop in San Dimas, California.
