Pandora has named Shamal Ranasinghe VP of Product Management, Artists and Music Makers. Ranasinghe co-founded Topspin and Fluence.

The ASCAP Foundation has promoted Colleen McDonough to Executive Director. McDonough replaces Karen Sherry, who retired after 17 years.

Capitol Music Group has promoted Meredith Gardner and Josh Khan to VP of Digital Marketing & Product, according to All Access. Garder was previously VP of Digital Marketing and Khan was previously Head of Digital Design.

Universal Music Publishing Group has promoted Randi Olsen to SVP of Income Tracking and Analytics. Olsen was previously UMPG’s VP of Income Tracking.

Sony/RED Distribution has promoted Ellena Osis to Sr. Director of Radio Promotion, according to All Access. Osis will continue to direct AAA projects.
